These meals are NOT nutrient dense. They SEVERELY LACK optimal protein, complex carbohydrates, adequate amounts of vegetables, fruit in optimal amounts other than garnishing other foods & before going to bed. And there’s NO shakes/smoothies with protein powders (whey, casein or bone broth), oats, or waxy maize used in any capacity for convenience and simplicity.
Typical bacon (with nitrites and/or nitrates) is a carcinogen aka cancerous.
The types of cheese are not specified. All cheese is NOT cheese. Just check Kraft cheese and it clearly says “cheese product”.
There’s NO healthy fats incorporated other than cheese.
Cows milk is suggested. Name another species on earth that drinks milk past infancy and from another species. There’s NOT 1. Cows milk has been linked to acne, eczema, hives, diarrhea, gas, bloating.
Quality matters just as much as quantity. Specification of quality is NOT present to avoid hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, additives, GMOs, etc.
There is NO mention of hydration via electrolytes
Several of the foods suggested are pro-inflammatory. Specifically cows milk and bacon. Special attention to anti-inflammation is NOT specified or noted but is needed.
The best types of bread to consume for health, fitness, training, performance and recovery are NOT noted or specified.
